Home (Singapore Song) (Sample)

A very apt song, for a very crucial moment of my life. 

Writing a thesis is a pain in my ass, and hoping everyday, every moment, that somehow, a friend would come home, and tell me that everything is alright, that all we need are each other, would be the best dream come true.

On another note, this song, is also dedicated to my friend who is currently still living abroad, to come home to this family waiting patiently here in Singapore. Because without you, the toads ain't complete. 

Lastly, going home, to finish this chapter of my life, is so meaningful. And to spend my birthday with the friends I lived with, is the best birthday yet. Thank you for always making this day special.

I wrote this track as a gift to the 3 friends that I went on a road trip with. No one knows if we will ever be able to have the same trip, but what we had, was magical. 

It's always hard to say goodbye. But as long as we are a family, forever and always, goodbyes will be memories that we keep for life.

Saying Goodbye

I came across the song while watching hannah montana a few years ago, and the song made me feel something special. I wasn't a taylor swift fan, but I loved the song. So when I was trying to find a song to cover, I re-discovered this song, and set my mind to cover it.

I wrote this song about a month ago, and have been working on it to get this record out. This is a song, inspired by a friend who I miss dearly, and I never got to tell him how much I appreciated him, and really love him dearly as a friend and a mentor.

Light of the Dark

Took me approximately 3 months to get this track out. Creating something like that takes a longer time than trying to go deep and dark. 

Forcing myself to step out of my comfort and create something magical.
