"Cargo Cult" EP is not just a collection of songs. This study of human tendency to create illusory systems of faith and rituals in pursuit of unattainable or false ideals, criticism of the consumer society and blind, as well as deep immersion in personal existential dead ends and disappointments. This is a powerful conceptual frame for creating a memorable, thinking and emotionally charged musical work; created, produced and mixed by mandruvá & Ruksby.

External imitation without understanding the essence, blind faith in the ritual as a means of achieving the desired, the gap between action and the real result, the creation of illusory systems to obtain an unattainable good. The combination of "primitive", acoustic, ethnic sounds (drums, percussion, folklore motifs) with cold, mechanistic electronics, industrial, noise. 

This reflects a mixture of traditional and modern, ritual and technology. Repeating rhythms, mantras, looped samples, increasing tension - creating a sensation of the transient state of the participants in the cult.

To wrap up this EP, we’re thrilled to have three outstanding producers on board once again: Mverto Futura from Guatemala, along with TKUZ and Leonor from Mexico — each delivering their own distinctive soundscapes to shape “Cargo Cult”


Cargo Cult (TKUZ Remix)

Hailing from Guatemala City, Dario began his journey as a resident of DMNSNL, later
co-founding the label alongside his colleague Jorge Galindo. In his debut EP, Dario captures the essence of his sound — punchy basslines, acid-infused sequences, and a refined ability to build tension and immersive atmospheres. Two original tracks intertwine to deliver a solid and magnetic debut that reflects the identity of a producer in full creative evolution.

The experience expands with four remarkable reinterpretations by Ruksby, Jorge Galindo, Lucas Novaes, and Vleks, each bringing their own vision and reimagining the originals through distinct sonic perspectives.

The seventh drop of our Single Series, now this time we have Parasex, Estonian-Italian duo Angè & Riccardo Alescio. "Take Me" it’s raw, visceral, a sonic confession of a woman willing to surrender everything, even her dignity, for the man she craves. It opens in a haze of eerie textures, slowly dragging you into a world of shadowy basslines and corrosive melodies. The tension builds relentlessly, spiraling into a cathartic scream just before the drop hits like a collapse — dark, unfiltered, and unapologetically vulnerable.


Take Me (Original Mix)

"Hypnotic" is the collaboration EP of Berlin-based Pyrame and Semodi, and sums up the creative
work done by both friends in the studio over the past year. Pyrame and Semodi have produced two tracks blending tech house and minimal house, layered with mesmerizing vocals to come up with a thought-provoking record.

"Hypnotic" will drop on Friday 14th of November 2025 on a limited vinyl edition, on Bandcamp
and on all streaming platforms via THISBE Recordings..
