I loved doing this duet with my husband!
God spoke to my heart about His love for us. He said to me: "I am always waiting for my children to come home. There is nothing that can separate you from my love!" I had been struggling in my relationship with Him at the time when this dropped into my spirit. How wonderful is our Father God!

Arms wide open

In my quiet time one morning, I saw myself in the presence of Jesus and I knew that this is where I desired to stay - in that moment - for the rest of my life. 
There's nothing like His presence, His touch, His heartbeat.
I wrote "Look at the world" out of that deep place of intimacy and worship with my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Look at the world

I remember writing this song in a very difficult transition. I felt like the carpet had been ripped out from under me. My heart was broken, I was facing divorce and there was so much fear of the unknown. So I put it all out on paper and started to sing it, and as I did, Holy Spirit touched my heart and I knew that we were going to be ok because as I surrendered, God would fight for me. And He did.

I will bow

I have failed and fallen so many times. I have tried my own way and to do things in my own strength so much in my life. 
But I always come right back to the same place:
That still small voice leading me home...

I love the Psalms. David had such a worshipper's heart and I just had to take the opportunity and pen some lyrics and music as the original Psalmist did.
God is in the waiting. He is all about His perfect Timing. He is able to save and deliver.
