Boo, as she has always been known affectionately by her friends & family  started singing when she was a little girl, mainly in the back of her Dad's car at the top of her voice to his old Motown & Northern Soul tapes... "The Supremes, Aretha Franklin, Al Green & Marvin Gaye were always playing, Mum & Dad both had a really soulful taste in music so I guess it rubbed off on me". Boo has fronted several bands and enjoyed playing music venues, pubs, clubs, festivals and private events throughout the South West, which helped develop her voice & performance style. Now working on original material and some exciting collaborations you can expect catchy melodies and strong soulful vocals accompanied by chunky beats and groovy bass lines, an eclectic mix which reflects both her taste and varied influences.
