The first cosmic Society ep after a hiatus, a restart. built around vocal samples, each track blends positive melodies, punchy drums, and minimalist production. “everything is now” puts the vocals front and center, while the sample textures shine in the back- ground. “won’t let you go” is an infectious and organic tune. “someday sunday” envel- ops the atmosphere in a unique melody. overall, the ep is relaxed, light, and perfect for the dancefloor.

Just like the name suggests the mix of the two tracks into one, 'Alterwinds' brings two compostions that even they are completely different, you could perfectly mix one into the other as both tracks are part of a time where Bookwood tried out different moods, tempos and sometimes even more experimental sounds. The EP is an intense and involving mix of feelings - if, on the one hand, the melancholic and nostalgic melodies can lead you to an introspective feeling, on the other, warm beats and basses are always there to push you up, providing a harmonious mental and spiritual balance. Closing the EP, Marabu's 'Chamberwinds' remix brings a completely different read with the addition of several new elements and drums variations that goes way off the obvious, but still, the nostalgic atmosphere remains.

After listening to Fenge's originals of "Ab“ and "Fallen“ Bookwood instantly knew he had to remix these two! The outcome are two unalike pieces: While "Ab (Bookwood Remix)" is a warm driving melodic piece with attention to details, the remix for "Fallen“ appears to be more rough and straight forward with breakbeat elements which open up with a beautiful and warm synth melody.
