California dreamin' es el nuevo single de Shiva Skank. Haciendo un guiño al pasado, nos trae este corte versionando el mítico track de "the Mamas & the Papas" (1965). 
Para este trabajo hemos querido dar ese aspecto analógico, utilizando nuestras pequeñas reliquias como el Casio CK-500 (1985) combinado con algunos pedales de fx. Nuestra Roland TR-505 (1986) también ha tenido su pequeña aportación al patrón de batería dándole un toque único.
El detalle principal del proyecto es la colaboración con Daniel Hidalgo, un gran músico que ha puesto su pasión en esta pista, utilizando su saxo como herramienta fundamental para esta pieza. 

Continuamos nuestro viaje musical con parada en California, disfruten...


California dreamin 'is the new single from Shiva Skank. With a nod to the past, he brings us this song covering the mythical track from "the Mamas & the Papas" (1965).
For this work we wanted to give that analog look, using our little relics like the Casio CK-500 (1985) combined with some fx pedals. Our Roland TR-505 (1986) has also had its little contribution to the drum pattern giving it a unique touch.
The main detail of the project is the collaboration with Daniel Hidalgo, a great musician who has put his passion into this track, using his sax as a fundamental tool for this piece.

We continue our musical journey with a stop in California, enjoy ...

At the controls, the well-known and prolific duo from Cordoba, Spain, Boombassbrothers.

Influenced by Reggae and Hip Hop, lovers of Drum & Bass, Jungle and Breaks, these brothers have been motivating the scene for years with their sessions and production having already edited a considerable amount of works with different national and international labels. It is a real pleasure for us to count with them in our ranks with their first South Yard Ep.

The main track, Roll To The Old, from which the Ep takes its name, stands out thanks to the catchy sample used in combination with a classic Amen Break and a thick and explosive bassline.
The second track, Bashment, is a collaboration with Bassflexx, another junglist jewel from Spain, straight outta the Bellota Dubs collective. 
The production features the vocals of rapper Jamalski, which perfectly suit this classic roller. The result of this collaboration promises to set the dancefloor on fire.

The junglist community is growing more and better every day and we are very proud to be a part of it.❤️💛💚
