2014年、熊本で結成された電子的お祭り楽団 ”BOOMDIGI”(ブンディギ)。太鼓や篠笛を中心としたサウンドに、HIPHOP、ベースミュージック、世界の辺境音楽をも飲み込んだトライバルなビートを掛け合わせ、そこに土着的かつお祭り感溢れるテクニカルなラップと表情豊かなボーカルが融合。
メンバーは餓鬼レンジャーのポチョムキンとのユニット"DOSMOCCOS"のメンバーでもある”KEN VOLCANO”。以前は関西レゲエシーンで異彩を放つ”GREEN GREEN”のメンバーとして活動し、現在はプロのフラダンサーとして国内外でショーを行う紅一点 ”Beng Teng”。メキシコ生まれプロレス育ち 辛そうな奴はだいたいアミーゴなトラックメイカー”EL Shiranui”からなる2MC＆1DJの現場仕様のお祭りユニット。
2016年、1st EP収録の”Ho!"が福岡のLOVE FMでヘビーローテション曲として取り上げられ、またシンガポールでの公演を成功させるなど熊本だけではとどまらない活躍を見せた。
2015年の1stミニアルバム"Enter the BOOMDIGI World”に続き、2017年待望の2ndミニアルバム ”春が来た” を発売！前作で披露したお祭りサウンドをさらに発展させ、サンバやクンビアなどのワールドワイドなプロダクションを構築。そこに民謡、演歌、ラップなどを取り込んだ男女の掛け合いが融合し、よりオリジナルな世界観を表現することに成功した一枚となっている。
