Centred at 78 BPM, these human-timed drum performances are built for downtempo use across trip-hop, electronica, hip-hop and bass music, delivering a laid-back, shuffling pocket with a behind-the-beat feel — characterful, exceptional, dirty and mix-ready for your music production.

This bespoke character comes from recording real drums and processing them exclusively with top-tier hardware and software, complemented by special sound design: a secret alchemy of aesthetics and discipline, led by a strong vision and underpinned by forward-thinking precision.

A selection of luxurious microphones and compressors was used to refine the performances and carefully balance the highs, mids and lows. Elaborate digital and analogue effect chains were utilised to create its unmistakable sound.

The sound design and grooves are of the highest quality, representing the authentic signature building blocks of Rawtekk’s productions: meticulously crafted, sonically adventurous, and designed to push the limits of clarity, complexity, and emotional resonance.
