These fine young gents pump out what only Bootleg Rascal can, with their musical dynamic and their unique creative "charms". Kings & Queens is the first single to come from the recent sessions. A post disco 70's style infectious grab that hoists it's tote bag of influences high. Opening with agonising screeches and a subtle splash of keys, an unwavering beat kicks in against walls of warped bass-infused synths, as the fiercely commanding cadences of front man Carlos Lara flow seamlessly into the howling chorus.

Get Over Myself

A nod to the more traditional sounds of the band, ‘Tryin’ To Run’ is an explosion of indie-dub sunshine with feel-good riffs, groove-laden percussion and infectious sing-a-long’s. The deft guitar work of Jimmy Young shines brightly, meticulously composed and thoughtfully paired with the charismatic vocal performance of Carlos Lara.
