This is a demo of a Ween tribute I've been sitting on for years. For years I had been trying to make this a sad psychedelic country ballad, then I realized how ridiculous that was. After actually listening to it I still stand firmly that this song is utterly and completely ridiculous.  I mean seriously it doesn't belong anywhere except maybe as part of a sound track to "The Room 2" whenever they get around to making it (it's tearing me apart!) but what are the chances of that!? But seriously you have no business listening to this. GROW UP! We both know that there a lot of things that you've been putting off for quite some time now... and they ain't gunna do themselves.....SO GET TO IT!

Cabin Fever - Performed and recorded by Josh Ramirez and Robert J. Murphy (the J stands for "jerk"). Recorded at Acme Studios rehearsal room with two SM58s on the drums, all overdubbs are direct in with a two channel interface. Mixed by Josh Ramirez on garageband 7.macdonalds. Kameron Krause was not present for this recording. He was busy convincing a fault-line not to shift that could have caused the Great Lakes to spill into the midwestern United States. Soon we're hoping he will use his own two channel interface to record the cello overdubs that will convince the caldera at Yellowstone not to detonate and relieve the continent of North America from utter destruction. As always this is a work in progress... Please Stand By..

Cabin Fever (Crooners of the Crinkle-Cave Mix Now With Cello!)

It's time to be devoured by the sun. This song is a hellova lot of fun to play. It was fun to record as well to a pair of 58s and an M-box. We mixed it in garage band. Technically it should be considered air-lock-rock because spaceships have airlocks and this song is meant to be performed inside a spaceship before interstellar shock troops are deployed to a foreign protectorate planet being invaded by the army of mars. But let's not put the cart in front of the ox, they say it costs pound for pound an items weight in gold to launch it into space... Altogether Kameron, Josh, and Rob probably weigh about 425 pounds and then all the gear, outfits and smoke machines and stuff probably weighs about another 500 pounds. That's like 925 pounds of gold.. That's godda be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars... So until that day comes book us and tip your bartenders. Rock and Roll ladies and gentlemen!

When the Snow Buries Our Tracks

This is a demo that Carroll Manning Smith and I recorded in Nashville Tn, on the 20th of June 2013 at Dave Nooe's home studio during Charlyville the Nashville Chapter 2013. Carroll Manning Smith on drums and myself on guitar. We used a simple stereo digital recorder. It was an interesting role reversal for one of my oldest riffs. Down the road I hope to record a full band version with vocals. This is where it all starts! Thanks to Bill Grasley and Nicole Rae for letting us use the beautiful Gretch drumset as well as Gretch guitar!
