"Mine" is an animated short film created by Daphne Xourafi.
It's a story about loneliness, isolation, mental health and friendship and I feel very lucky to have been a part of this beautiful and heartfelt piece of art.

A cold and overcast Autumn afternoon on a Welsh heather moorland. A strong wind blows over the crags. Distant sheep, mewings from a Buzzard overhead and the calls of a Meadow Pipit and Raven can be heard. Recorded by Richard Margoschis.

Above the pounding of waves at the foot of the cliffs, a cacophony of the seabirds colony: Guillemots, Kittiwake, Fulmars, Gannets and gulls. Light rain starts to fall. Recorded at Bempton Cliffs, North Yorkshire by Richard Margoschis.

Through the stories and  rare archive of his niece Lena Koutsoudi – Iolas and her husband Guy Nathan, history unfolds and the rooms of the Villa are brought to life for the first time since 1987.

One of my favourite things about Einstein is the fact that he had this extraordinary skill to imagine an experiment in his head and successfully predict its outcome. He had such a deep understanding of the laws of physics it's as if they spoke to him in a way.

The Sailors

The latest mind-blowing score by Austin Wintory for "The Pathless" features a cool instrument called the nyckelharpa, performed by Morgan O' Shaugnessy (check this and more here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qt8vC_k7VqI&ab_channel=AustinWintory)

Austin shared with us a recording of the nyckelharpa and basically told us to go nuts with it so I used it to create this weird background that sounds like a bunch of performers got drunk and started playing the bagpipes!
