What is chaos?
An illusion that arises from a misunderstanding of complex order, or that does not allow the universe to come to a state of absolute balance, thus the universe is constantly continuing to exist, changing shape and endlessly generating realities because it can not be balanced.

A balanced universe would be a world that no longer has a reason to move because everything has ended in it and has reached its final state...
Such a world can not exist.

Primordial Chaos

Uniformity is synonymous with emptiness,
and the world, despite the absence of its origin,
is born when the first difference arises.

We can always separate the world in a binary way, by extreme categories, and thus create the origin of language, make it conceivable and, in a general way, give rise to the existence of something.

Moreover, we can separate myriads of things in the world of humans, separate in a binary way,
by radical categories,
in order to fathom the full extent of its nature;

in order to understand how its nature extends from one end to the other;

in order to feel the real movement thanks to the tear rip that hides behind these two directions;

in order to make our way through the world which is completely overwhelmed by ignorance.

Nevertheless, if two extreme categories are equally powerful, we witness stagnation, fixity, and absolute immobility of balance and equilibrium, and it brings the feeling that is so familiar to us: we are petrified before a dilemma.

Our behavior is shaped at its core by two main drives - to escape pain and to seek pleasure.


Every recollection in memory contains them,

The range between the pain and pleasure maxima experienced plays a huge role in how we are made up of beings and what we have painful or pleasurable associations with plays an important role
in shaping any aspect of our individuality.

Although we avoid pain,
if it is the price paid for pleasure and does not exceed the desired result in its strength, we are ready to go through this pain
and sometimes even love it as a presage of pleasure...

Madmans Pannychis is a Tbilisi-based producer and resident artist at  Borders Of Known. 
The idea of the project arose in 2019 while staying in the seaside village of Anaklia. His first album "Beyond the Threshold of Consciousness", which was released in 2020 on the Berlin label Modern Bön, was written with the impressions received while in Anaklia.
His releases are influenced by styles such as IDM, Break-Beat, DnB, and Glitch, which are synthesized with fragments of folklore, dark ambient, techno, or field recording.
His goal as a producer is to overcome the boundaries between dance and experimental music and to discover hitherto untapped spaces beyond the existing area.

The source of our inspiration is a place where chaos looms over the world we are familiar with,  where there is born a real wonder, all-out curiosity, and the uncontainable desire to learn what lies ahead, to get to know what the unfamiliar environment is and to see what virtual creatures await beyond it. 
Unknown and the Chaos always was a source of fear.  Yet strong enough - a synthesis of pure sweetness, cognition and emotion. Dealing with the chaos of the mind and its conversion into the Pure pleasure, power, knowledge that always invites you to find new places in the chaos. 
We do not recognize the existing model of human existence, Irrational moral categories,  And we think that all of this human reality is just one virtualization in an indefinite multitude.
The expansion of the universe has many forms, and this is our way of expanding the Borders of Known.
