Amaliah - Won't Stop

After the successful label launch of Borne Fruits last November with boss Amaliah's debut EP 'Borne Fruits 001', we now have an exciting new V/A compilation with the best of London's new and fresh talent.

The compilation series is called 'Club Entry', with the first being Volume 1. The idea behind the name is to celebrate new UK Club artists who are emerging in the London scene as ones to watch. The imagery for the compilation reflects this - each series will be associated to a club space and have polaroids taken whilst the club is empty, so the music you hear from the comp can transport you to your favourite club memories and spaces.

For this series, the pictures shown are taken in iconic London and UK staple club, Fabric. Each image shows a different part of the club - signs to different rooms, weighty ceiling pipes, disco balls and eerily lit corners which all encapsulate the varying sounds this compilation holds.

The artists we have include Bailey Ibbs, Reece Spooner, Highrise, Jossy Mitsu, Angel D'lite, Bluetoof, LUXE, Club Winston and Amaliah. Each track differs from the other but still holds that feeling of making you want to dance - an ethos Borne Fruits holds and cherishes.

Up first on our release timeline is Bailey Ibbs kicking things off with his infectious house track 'Jungle Splash'. This track is the perfect entry into the club with a heavyweight drum line, smooth bass and pumping vocals that are sure to get you moving.

Bailey Ibbs - Jungle Splash

Following the release of Bailey Ibbs’ infectious house pumper ‘Jungle Splash’, we now have the next track on our compilation to share from the London based techno, footwork and high energy bad B Reece Spooner 😈💜

Reece’s track 'Get Down' is a sure-fire club classic in the making. Reece's own vocals trail across the bouncy percussion that leads into a powerful drop of cosmic synths and a hands in the air rap moment; a signature sound from Reece we all love 🔥

Reece Spooner - Get Down

Next up on our staggered compilation release is none other than one of my favourite and one of the most talented producers around at the moment Highrise 💫

Highrise shares something a little different than his usual for ‘Club Entry’ - a ravey techno number entitled 'Candlelight Rushin’ ✨ Energetic vocals go over upbeat percussion to make the perfect rave cocktail and definite club tool. I’m so happy this record is finally out after receiving the first draft many, many months ago! 💓

Highrise - Candlelight Rushin

After things pick up the pace following Highrise's track ‘Candlelight Rushin’, we now introduce our next track which leads into the darker, more percussive realms of the ‘Club Entry’ Vol. 1 💥🍊

Originally hailing from Birmingham, London based DJ and producer Jossy Mitsu gives us 'Just A Sprinkle’, a hard hitting percussive number that holds weighty bass and grime inspired drums. This track emulates Jossy’s well known and loved sound, giving off strong heads down 'Room 2' energy. I’m so thrilled to have Jossy involved with ‘Club Entry’ and this track definitely did not disappoint! 🌪🌪

Jossy Mitsu - Just A Sprinkle

After we enter the darker realms of the compilation provided by Jossy Mitsu’s ‘Just A Sprinkle’, things pick up and enter the hardcore motions of rave nostalgia with none other than Angel D'lite 🍥🧁🍰

The instantly recognisable upbeat, hardcore sounds of Angel D’lite are echoed in her track 'Exhaltation Transference’. Familiar breaks go over alluring vocals, transporting us back to the 90s with this modern rave classic 💫🌈

Angel D'lite - Exhaltation Transference

Bringing things back up is Amaliah with 'Speedy G'. The immediate high energy percussion lets us know this is a UKG number with a modern twist. Powerful vocals, heavyweight basslines and familiar synths get us going from the jump. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Amaliah - Speedy G

Next up on our compilation release is one of the best emerging artists in London right now. An A1 producer and DJ that trails across the UK underground spectrum of electronic genres, none other than Bluetoof ❤️‍🔥

Bluetoof now comes in taking us on a dark electro tip with his track 'Brain Malfunction'. The minimal and enticing intro guides us into the mighty drop of the bassline and flickering percussions 🌪

Bluetoof - Brain Malfunction

Only 3 days to go until our compilation is finally out! ❤️‍🔥 I’m so pleased to share this next track that I’ve been rinsing since the moment I received it, from none other than LUXE 💘

LUXE - Sweet Cheeks

Tomorrow is the day! ✨ I can’t wait to finally share the ‘Club Entry’ Vol. 1 compilation with you all 💕 but first we have our last track preview from one of my favourite producers I discovered last year. His tracks have become staples in my sets since last summer and I’m so pleased to have him involved! None other than Club Winston 🍧💓

Rounding off the compilation is Club Winston's blissed out electro track 'Automatic Club Winston'. A pumping drum pattern goes alongside uplifting synths and a playful bass which transport us to the end of the night 'lights on' moment of pure euphoria 💫⭐️💫

Club Winston - Automatic Club Winston

Or:la’s edit of ‘Me, Myself and I’ holds the blissed out melody from Beyoncé’s original whilst flickering percussion is layered on top to give it that bumpy, club ready sound. Harmonies flutter around the track in the lead up to a drop of snares and bass giving it that UK tint.

Or:la - Bey, Myself & I

Amaliah’s edit of ‘Pass That Dutch’, now entitled ‘Throw That Dutch’ carves an acid line with bass heavy notes and sharp percussion in a lead up to the recognisable rap verse from Missy. Varying vocal chops and a techno melody give it that edge making it one for the darkest of booths.
