Born King is a rapper and artist known for his impactful albums since 2003. His music features powerful lyrics, abstract ideas, and uncompromising beats, earning critical acclaim within Baltimore's underground hip-hop scene.

In 2007, Born King released the notable album "Kradedis," which included two Baltimore anthems: "Blue Lights" and "A Better Way." "Blue Lights" received recognition from music critic Al Shipley for its critique of the Baltimore Police Department's surveillance cameras, appearing on Shipley's Government Names 5th Anniversary Retrospective list. Born King's music has been featured in various publications and mixshows, and he has performed extensively from the DMV to the Bronx through Streetlegal Entertainment and Wu-Tang Management.
