As you might have heard or read, the guys behind Trance Classics started an event on Facebook a while ago. Their goal is to get a true trance classic to the #1 spot of the Beatport Trance Chart. I was very proud when I found out that they decided to pick the track “Gouryella” by Gouryella! As you might know, “Gouryella” is a project that Tiësto and myself started in the year 1999.

In just a few days time, “Gouryella” already made it to the #7 position of the Trance Chart!
Tiësto and myself really like this cool initiative and we find it amazing to see a track that we did together back in 1999, seeing climb the charts that fast!

Because we both support this spontaneous initiative, we decided that we will give all royalties of the track to charity.

So, we will donate all royalties of “Gouryella - Gouryella” to the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), an independent nonprofit organization, whose mission it is, to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well being of children.

Paul van Dyk - The Politics Of Dancing 2 (CD 1)

System F feat. Armin van Buuren's "Exhale" got released on June 2, 2001 via Ferry’s old label "Tsunami". It was the very first collaboration between Ferry (under his "System F" alias) and Armin van Buuren. “Exhale” is taken from the System F album "Out Of The Blue", which got released back in the year 2000.

Later Ferry and Armin did some more collabs; "From The Heart" (for Armin's "76" album in 2003), "Minack" (for Armin's "Mirage" album in 2010) and "Brute" (for Ferry's "WKND" album in 2012).

System F feat. Armin van Buuren - Exhale (Original)

The very first release of Ferry Corsten that got released under his own name; Ferry Corsten - Punk. 

“Punk” by Ferry Corsten was produced back in 2001 and it took Ferry only 4 (!!!) hours to finish the rough version of the track. The (non vocal) version of “Punk”  was pressed on some very limited edition one sided promo white labels, which got send out to a few selected DJs. The promo text on the sticker had “Funk Einsatz” as artist name (so it sounded a bit “German”) and a stamped text with “ punksounds@hotmail.com”  for the contect info. And a hand written text with the title “Punk”. So when the track was in promo, nobody actually knew that Ferry produced the track. After played as ID for months, the label finally revealed that Ferry was behind “ Punk”. “Ferry Corsten - Punk”  got released on 
March 2, 2002 on the "Tsunami" label.

Ferry Corsten's "It's Time" got released on May 25, 2004 via the  "Tsunami" label. The vocals on the track are from the hands of Esmee Bor Stotijn. It got released including remixes by Agnelli & Nelson, Kai Tracid, Luke Slater and Ferry Corsten himself.

"It's Time" is taken from the Ferry Corsten album "Right Of Way".

On March 9, 2001 "Tsunami" released "Soul On Soul", a collaboration between System F (One of the projects from Ferry Corsten) and Marc Almond, the singer of Soft Cell.

"Soul On Soul"  is taken from the System F album "Out Of The Blue" and it got released including remixes by Barthezz, Kay Cee, Elektrochemie LK and The Hacker.
