All the music included in this EP has been recorded live in one summer afternoon afternoon in Villa Dionisi (VR, Italy) and is the result of the feelings I had while I was recording, eyes closed, everything in one single take.

The Last Time

"Transitions II" is the second chapter of the "Transitions" trilogy concept which began with the previous EP, back in November 2019. 
All these songs, mostly around 1 minute and half of length, are part of the "piano microstores" project, which has been developed last year on my IG profile consisting in releasing one short piano story per day during all the summer season.

Distractions

Recorded as Storm Ciara swept across the UK in February 2020, this is the first single from a new collection of works from Worcester based pianist, Ben Crosland, the forthcoming EP 'The Turn' seems prescient with its themes of distance, remembrance, change and calm reflection.
