With origins linking back to Iran, London-based Ario is a practitioner of deep and inquisitive music – both as a DJ and label curator.

Although his remit falls within the deeper shades of electronic music, his overall aesthetic draws on a broader spectrum that prizes the synthesis of both instrumental and electronic disciplines.

Depending on context, he traverses the lines and forms between ambient and heavier, club-ready styles. What is common in both worlds, however, is his alchemic handling of rich organicism mixed with darker, more austere sounds. Speaking with an emotive sensitivity, there is a certain self-awareness that permeates his crafted soundscapes, which are as much drone-inspired as they are psychedelic and nature-driven.

Giancarlino A Journey with Kuboraum is a set that Giancarlo played during a special ceremony we have with our friends once a year in Rome. This ceremony is hosted by one of us in a really special place, located in a glass house on a hill outside of the city and in the woods. This ceremony bounds the friendship of a group of people from all over.

We decided to share this experience with you through this outstanding podcast, which contains music from all over the world, with every kind of genre, to underline the fact that we are all the same on the dance floor. 
Everyone brings their own experiences and their differences. We especially enjoy the differences. We know each others and ourselves through differences. One love.

Giancarlino carefully observes everyday reality and has the ability of experimenting and anticipating new musical trends. He surely can be considered one of the best deejays in this industry, as well as being a music producer, A&R director and organizer of big events. Since his debut, Giancarlino has researched new sources of inspiration and has given a new imprint to his music. Being one of the first deejays playing house music in Rome, especially hip-hop and acid jazz, his taste and personal style makes him move on to electronic music. In 1996, the opening of GOA club has been fundamental for the city of Rome as it soon becomes a symbolic club for the city. The club rapidly gets known in the deejay music scene. Its ethnic style, magical atmosphere and innovative sounds make this club unique. It continuously hosts important deejays from all over the world and Giancarlino has always given the opportunity to all emerging artists to play in his club. Many of them became important deejays throughout their career. During these years Goa club has become a music factory, capable of understanding and letting grow new generation of deejays that are frequently invited to play in major clubs all over the world. The club has been able to mix music, art, theatre, dance and visual installations in all its forms. Unlike many deejays that travel around, Giancarlino firmly decides to stay and establish himself in his home city in order to achieve his main targets, firstly by playing in many clubs of the city and later by creating his own club where he finally finds an ideal situation by putting into action all of what he has built throughout time. Giancarlino is a quiet private person and doesn’t like appearing in social events in order to get noticed. He never really liked club private areas and everything that concerns commercial sounds and music. Giancarlino plays electronic music including a wide variety of genres from breakbeat, tech house, techno, to electro, all exclusively played in vinyl records.

Hailing from Svoge, Bulgaria, Bosha's mature sense of club sound in the realm of house and techno will surely not pass unnoticed and allure anyone who has the ear for quality selection and technique.  

His club life starts late 90s when he discovers his passion for electronic music. It is then that Bosha starts playing at small events mostly organized with friends. Later on, being already a usual suspect behind the decks in some cult Sofia clubs, he joins the back then newly found local agency - Tochka booking, which ultimately leaves a lasting mark on the Bulgarian house music scene.

In following years Bosha shapes a style, influenced on one side by Tresor & Detroit, on the other by UK house and techno. He lines up at many festivals, club parties and endless afterhours sessions in Bulgaria and abroad. His devotion to the music throughout the years has transformed into sophistication and mastery behind the decks.
