To continue the series of my all time favourit artists I am chuffed to share 75min of listening pleasure from Sebastian Mullaert (aka Minilogue) with you. What a yummy Santa Claus surprise :)

Thank you for all the great music you have created and the goosebumps and joy you have given us through your excellent sound! And for taking the time to inspire us with your very interesting and meaningful interview answers.

Interview:
1. Lucidflow: How does a creative day look/feel like for you?

Sebastian: I try to live a life where I have the possibility to be reminded about my being and at the same time be able to remind other beings about their being. You could say that it's an invitation of the being to the being to be ... Might sound stupid but at the moment I feel that this is the only true meaning there is. I try to let this be the intention behind everything I do; both in my daily life, my zen practise and my creative work in the studio and when I'm performing music on stage.
Like most beings I meet on this journey I also have loads of habitual patterns and unbalances that can be a hinder in keeping this pure intention strong all the time, patterns that I'm unaware about that hinder me and my surrounding to express creativity. Being aware and see this and also gather the strength and faith to face what I most of all want to escape is part of this practise, my daily life with my wife and two children, my zen practise and my creative work in the studio are all amazing ways to do this. This is the life I have right now and I'm thankful for getting this opportunity to let freedom take place; within and outside ... Aloha amigos!

Oops—got a little delayed this time, but I promise it’s for a good reason. I’ve been deep in the studio, working on a bunch of new music that (IMHO) is sounding pretty damn great.

If you’ve never heard Moonlight Flowers Blossom in Casket Hills, well… better late than never! Released sometime around 2020 or 2021 on Digital Diamonds (don’t ask me to check right now 😅), this track came out during a huge shift in my life.

It was right when my wife and I had just gotten together, and we moved to this magical spot in Tepoztlán that we called Casket Hills—a house perched on a cliff, with a tree growing in the middle of the balcony and a bedroom that looked like a parish chapel. I’ve never really been the romantic type, but I felt I had to honor our love somehow—and this choon was born.

Production-wise, it was definitely a step up from Illegal Arts. Still, I was working mostly on headphones, while trying to get used to the acoustics of the new place using my Hs7. It wasn’t perfect, but I gave it my all—and somehow, it became one of my most-played tracks ever, which still surprises me to this day.

So yeah, figured it was about time to share it here with you all.

Rezonant's visa application was rejected, and he couldn/t make it to Crystal Kids' London debut event, so I played a tribute set to him by mixing only his tracks between 23:30-00:30 before Quadrant, Shenanigan and Dendrophile. Well, there are a couple of bonus tracks in the end as the next act delayed starting his set.
