After selling the first BPDUBS series in less than an hour, I’m back with the 2nd limited release on my label.

This time, it’s limited to just 15 (!!) pieces of 180-gram hand-cut vinyls by yours truly.

This release contains two of my most requested tracks of the last 12 months. 

These BPDUBS releases represent my desire to create without boundaries and stay in full control of both the artistic and technical aspects of my music.

It was time to focus.

Walking through the night he watched as the cars whizzed on by, each presumably with a destination in the darkness up ahead.

He had to concentrate.

The sound of the engines struggled under the strain. The wheels turning frantically under pressure.

The end was nigh. For soon it would be daylight and all of the misgivings of the black haze would be forgotten.

Boss Priester features on a split EP from the ever impressive X-Kalay which continues to release some of the most innovatve, forward thinking club sounds. This time there are however, nods to the past. Wiggly tech house music at its best, a new lease of life for a sound ever loved.

While his name might suggest a stage persona, Boss Priester is in fact his real name, a fitting reflection of his authentic and uncompromising approach to music. Preferring to operate behind the scenes, Boss allows his music to speak volumes. Over the past few years, he has been diligently crafting a unique musical identity, producing and curating electronic dance music that seamlessly blends elements of minimal, house, and techno.

With a background rooted in both music and technology, Boss channels his expertise into innovative soundscapes, all while honoring the rich heritage of electronic music. His approach is playful yet deliberate, consciously steering clear of overused musical clichés. This no-nonsense ethos has led to releases on esteemed labels such as Ba Dum Tish, X-Kalay, Dungeon Meat, and Locus. His dynamic performances as both a DJ and live artist have graced renowned festivals like Awakenings and Loveland, as well as iconic venues including 93 Feet East, Bret and Lofi. Simultaneously, he continues to release music independently through his BPDUBS imprint, producing limited-edition cuts in a basement in Rotterdam, where he maintains complete control over both the musical and technical facets of his work.

Boss’s recent releases have garnered support from some of the industry’s most respected artists, including Fumiya Tanaka, Samuel Deep, Enzo Siragusa, Chris Stussy, Voigtmann, Janeret, and Josh Baker, to name a few.
