Botanicast

Belgium’s Bigasti and Switzerland’s Floloco work in tandem to bring dreamy electronic music into the air with a narrative mix of both, deep and thriving elements. Drawing from years of individual experience in the electronic music realm, Gimérique unites the signature sound of two artists to a new chapter on their promising path in the electronic music scene.

The inception of Gimérique took flight with a b2b DJ set released on Schirmchendrink, the renowned ‘cocktail’ platform they co-founded in 2016. Inspired by the synergy of their sessions, the duo recognized the opportune moment to elevate their collaboration to new heights.

With their first collaborative production in 2020, Gimérique took Lerr's 'Hummingbird' into deep and dreamy territory. Groovy and emotive in equal measure it made an auspicious production debut for Gimerique on Sound Avenue's first edition of their 'Re:Imagined‘ remix series. Gimérique's first original production was released in Spring 2020 on Harabe Recordings. 'Calm at Heart’ entered the Beatport 'Organic House' Top 100 charts within only few days.

Venturing into versatility, Gimérique recently shared ambient compositions as free downloads on their SoundCloud, showcasing a multifaceted approach to their artistry. As alchemists of sound, they are currently immersed in crafting new productions, promising an exciting continuation of their enchanting musical odyssey.
Floloco and Bigasti individually are passionate about electronic music ever since they can remember.

Slipstream is an Australian wanderer of electronic music, equally influenced by the delicate textures of nature, hypnotic house and techno, and the soul of organic global sounds. A spirited and curious soul, he thrives on exploring diverse styles with character and insatiable grooves, crafting deep, ethereal journeys to playful, grimey dust risers.

He has performed at some of Australia’s most renowned festivals, including Esoteric and Earth Frequency, as well as at local Melbourne events with Chi Wow Wah Town, Circadian Rhythms, and Mama Said.
