While being forced to stay home due to the coronavirus lockdown I'm trying to recall the old times, with the help of my favorite old tunes. 
These tracks represent the times I've just started to attend parties and spent countless hours behind my old decks. I've been eagerly collecting music and practicing mixing, while I was always dreaming of becoming a DJ who regularly performs on major events and festivals. 
I'm very grateful to the universe that my dream had come true and I'm living my 20 years earlier self’s dream. But also it’s a great pleasure for me now to dust the old records and put them on the turntable for a little time travel.

The 2nd episode of my nostalgic vinyl set series.This time I chose some more trancey melodic tunes and the recording location was the ship which served countless time as venue of my parties in the past 10 years.

We burned 250 CD copies and gave it to the people visiting our Christmas party in the 26th of December.

In the course of the last 2 decades, Botond became the main representative of
progressive Psy Trance music in Hungary. He fell in love with this genre in the early
2000s and ever since he prefers the slower, groovier more atmospheric, and melodic
side of Trance. He is part of goa.hu family, and belongs to the Serbian TesseracTstudio label
since 2018. Over the years he has been performing at countless events and festivals
across Europe including O.Z.O.R.A, S.U.N. Festival, Daad Gathering, EXIT Festival, Waha Festival,
Digital Forest, Sonica Festival, Mumush, OneTribe, UFO Bufo and Spirit Base Festival.
In his sets, he always plays for the current moment and he always seeks music that
isn’t made only for dance floors but aims to bring a musical experience to the listener.

Botond is a progressive psytrance DJ and producer based in Hungary, known for his deep, melodic, and atmospheric sound. Active since the early 2000s, he has become a key figure in the Hungarian psytrance scene and a representative of the groovier side of the genre. He’s part of the goa.hu collective and a label DJ for Serbia’s TesseracTstudio since 2018.

His sets are built for the moment – emotional, evolving, and always immersive. He’s performed across Europe at festivals like O.Z.O.R.A., S.U.N., Sonica, EXIT, Spirit Base, and Waha.

In 2024, Botond launched his journey as a producer, debuting on TesseracTstudio. His music reflects a refined blend of analog warmth and digital precision, staying true to his melodic roots.
