We’re beyond excited because Martyna is an absolute powerhouse in her craft, having stormed the local techno scene, proven by her residency at @schimmerrecords.

In her mix, you’ll find a 𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙘𝙝 selection of spacious techno, full of groove and haunting, deep motifs. We’re totally diving into it and surrendering to the sound... If, by some miracle, you haven’t heard her in action yet, it’s about time you do.

R A S H, currently based in Australia, is a resident DJ of the Puglian project "Infestazioni Soniche." His journey began within the same crew, where he immersed himself in the diverse styles and variations of techno, gradually honing his sound towards the more percussive and hypnotic elements of the genre. Previously, R A S H was a resident at Jeko Area Club, where he had the opportunity to share the stage with renowned artists such as Plearing Fern, Night/t\mare, and Hallien. His sets are a deep exploration of rhythm and atmosphere, designed to transport listeners into a hypnotic and immersive techno experience.

If Nicola Noir’s soundscape were a landscape, it wouldn’t be the mountains of his native Switzerland. It would be a milky way of colours and spinning planets, with shooting stars whizzing by and the occasional Urban Cosmonaut Spaceship hovering on the horizon, listening intently for the next surprise in their ears.
Off and up we go, left and right and topsy turvy into the the 16th episode of our podcast series. Nicola’s productions are gateways into spheres of twinkling melodies, timeless wormholes and shining percussions. His sound could be described as a jittering wave of melancholia, wrapped in eclectic rhythms of longing and stardust.

Spinning at some of the most popular underground venues in Germany (among them Tape Club, Berghain/Panorama Bar, SchwuZ, Tresor, ://about blank (Berlin) and Robert Johnson (Frankfurt/Offenbach)) as well as playing across the world, Massi describes his style as an eclectic mix of house, disco, electro and techno – one may call it current-yet-classic. DJing has since led to production,
these days Massi lets his obsession with analog synths run wild, usually he’s holed up in his apartment studio, working on his latest productions. But he’s not always alone. Massi has been collaborating with luminaries around town such as Gui.Tar, Snax, Lemercier & The Lala by, Molly Nilsson and Discodromo. The two members of Gui.Tar and Massi later formed [sic!], since2010 he's been collaborating with Rotciv – as The Rimshooters. Massi also released an EP on Apersonal Music under the alias Egyptian Nipples together with Jules Etienne. 2011 saw the release of his debut album Focus For Infinity (on Live At Robert Johnson), followed by his second long player With One Another (also LARJ) in 2014. Last but not least he’s also one half of the DJ-team Drei Fragezeichen (the other half being nd_baumecker).

Shy One Boiler Room Valentine's Day Special DJ Set

‘Berghain Fünfzehn’ sees @Luke-Slater creating new compositions from the Ostgut Ton back catalogue, chopping, looping tweaking and deploying sounds into a mix that is both a playful retrospective of the label and future-facing vision for mixing and dance music.

On April 17, seven exclusive tracks from the ‘Berghain Fünfzehn’ DJ mix will be released on two 12”s and for streaming/digital download. De- and reconstructing the Ostgut Ton discography, Slater’s vision encompasses not only sampling but live electronics and improvisation, resulting in a broad spectrum of heady and liminal dance music: from ultra stripped-back mindfuck techno, vocals and blasts of distortion to breakbeat excursions, minimalistic acid, and rave polyrhythms. In other words: the arc of the label through Slater’s singular hallucinatory prism.
