We can't get enough of the Hamburg youngster Niklas aka Ryan Haeng. His spherical and epic melodies, wrapped in a downtempo corset, have always inspired us. His track "Das Morgenrot" is in no way inferior to this. In fact, it has also been given an oriental touch by the vocals of Ameen Khayer, which give the whole thing an incredible beauty. AFTERHOUR SOUNDS COMPILATION IV

Today we are happy to present you our latest Afterhour Sounds compilation. After almost a year it was about time to publish a new, in-house release. Our goal with each compilation is to share our understanding of an afterhour with you. 

As far back as we can remember an afterhour has always been something very special. An episode of rest and yet also of departure. Always individually different and yet somehow categorically the same. This is exactly the spirit we try to musically depict with each of our compilations. 

Finally, this time we have also included exciting downtempo, midtempo and uptempo tracks. Each track is completely different in terms of mood and energy, but due to their atmosphere and playfulness, they fit perfectly into every (afterhour) playlist. Surely there is something for each of you. 

Our newest compilation is as usual a "Free Download" with voluntary donation. For this you can use the Bandcamp link below and decide for yourself what the project is worth to you. A donation via the Paypal link bellow is also possible. This time, we have decided to support the aid project "Blind-Spots" with the proceeds, which we consider among many currently still worthy of support. Therefore we would be happy if you, as far as possible, would leave a small contribution for our project. 

We would especially like to thank the following artists for their great productions and patience: Deep Ändi, Manski, Padouc, Tommy Hanso, Bock & Fuchs, Ryan Haeng and HVDN. For the start of our latest live sessions series, we are delighted to have on board Syrian-German duo Shkoon. Shkoon shot into the lime light with their eclectic sound of ethnic melodies and haunting vocals mixed with house & techno beats. 

With releases already on well-known labels like Underyourskin Records, Shkoon have proved themselves as an established artist duo, bringing a unique experience through their live performances. 

We were blown away, by their soundscapes when we first premiered the Timujin remix on their track Letters, and we're extremely happy to have them on board to start our live sessions.
