Avacha - is a river in Kamchatka that flows into the Avacha Bay of the Pacific Ocean and also a joint label project by guys from Wolfstream (Grigory Babak, Anton Berezin), Alexey Krjuk & Kirill Rem, who, with their first release, throw a collection of remixes on album 7 of the Moscow group called Труд (Labor).
Listen to "Year of Continuous Failures" Remix by Wolfstream, absolute psyho thriller full of weird bouncy noises awkwardly jostle with the beats and belches of the original, as disembodied voice monotonically whisper to the backdrop of a distorted guitar synth sample and massive bassline. Here comes the remix package for https://soundcloud.com/loweakauser ’s Plastik Tanzen EP which came out at the beginning of this summer on Vilnius’ freshly baked label https://soundcloud.com/where-were-we . Sadly, stems and original project of “Nepalese Honey” track has burned down together with Lowe Aka User’s hard drive, so remixes are coming only for “Palms Boulevard” and “Tanz Botanik” tracks.

The first three versions of “Palms Boulevard” were made from already well-known and established names in Italo field: Scotsman, always on point Donald Dust, Italian, Amsterdam-based and super-prolific Daniel Monaco and back to France from Hong Kong, proper edits master Romain FX.

Guys took rather different approaches for making their versions and all of them put their own spin on the OG. We hope that each and everyone of you will fall in love with one version or the other or maybe with all three of them, just as we did. The last version of “Tanz Botanik” comes from a local hero, Lithuanian talent and also known Italo lover Jonas aka Black Feeling. Although this version is the most housey from the whole package, we think that it compliments the entire pack very nicely.

Tainted Love is the most covered song in the history of popular music. Our version was recorded in mid-2012 for ”Sleep Well“ compilation  - released on Requiem Records  in May 2013.
Tainted Love was composed by Ed Cobb, the original version was recorded by Gloria Jones in 1964.
We took TL - like almost everyone - because of the Soft Cell cover . Until Soft Cell released single with their version of TL, the song had only three other versions recorded over  almost 20 years. Soft Cell’s cover,  reached the heights of popularity and many artists were inspired by its versions - just like us. Tainted Love - since 1981, has over forty officially released covers. To firmly establish the sound of the 80’s, we specially used a typical synthesizer for that time.
