Over two decades, marked by its move from Argentina to Mexico in 1990, Enrique Jezik (Cordoba, Argentina, 1961) has deployed a complex work of exploring the power structures and devices, surveillance, repression, control and violence, from within the practice of contemporary sculpture polymorphic. For Enrique Jezik, the sculpture is a mindset of power and violence as a third drive on the matter of bodies. His performances, videos and interventions that involve tactics that range from the use of bullets to writing Braille, testify to a historical period where the means of destruction and control technologies create the spaces, metaphors, devices and paths policy.
 
Obstruct, destroy, conceal deployed for the first time an overview of projects and works of an artist who has been a crucial piece of the story of contemporary Mexican art. Organized into six sections that relate to concepts of the devices, spaces and operations of violence (obstruction, destruction, concealment, the enemy's body, the theater, and constructivism sacrificial) the sample covers the territory of objects, forces and images Jezik that has shaped reflecting on the symbolic relationship and technique of sculpture with the devices of domination.

Translation: 

Considering the film as a visual and aural experience, Israel Martinez offers a listening experience that begins in silence and in the moments where the film's sound seems contingent involuntary accident of contemporary films that have influenced. "Two separate into two cups espresso" refers immediately to Jim Jarmusch film, but also creates a distinction in the experience while a poetics. The experience of cinematography, sound and vision differs from that generated by the autonomy of the eye and ear, as opposed to drinking two cups in two separate espresso rather than a double. The composition begins in the theater, through digital processes, distance from its referent, the sound is no longer representative of the image but himself.
