Après l’EP « Adastra », Meteor revient avec un triptyque aux accents d’electronica contemporaine, où la voix de Kala navigue entre rock et soul, faisant irruption dans un univers électronique quasiment martial et parfois pesant. Alternant silences et drops endiablés, le duo explore des sonorités puisées aux confins du monde. « Atlas » est un appel à dépasser la réalité de notre époque, un désir non déguisé d'universalité, un poème pour toucher le cœur du monde.

Entre recueil géographique et titan mythologique porteur de la voûte céleste, le nom d’«Atlas » prend tout son sens.

Sharing some thoughts. This is a sensitive, organic, floating tune. Used my Kaossilator a lot on this one, including my new Roland D50 plugin. Sampled a movie i recently watched (Neon Demon), and used some of my own recordings. Also focused a lot on the stereo field. Headphones or good speakers Recommended!
