This song is my manifesto of survival.
I wrote it after realizing that the life I live now was not given to me, not shared with me, not built in partnership — it was carved out of loneliness, out of nights where no one showed up, out of silence so heavy it almost became my companion.

“I Built It Without You” is not about revenge. It’s not about bitterness. It’s about truth. About the simple fact that every wall standing around me, every scar in my body, every piece of beauty I managed to salvage — they exist because I refused to collapse.

I was told to wait for someone better, for love that would redeem everything. But "better" never came. And so I used my hands, my pain, my stubbornness, and I built something out of the nothing I was left with.

This song is my house made of thunder, my anthem of cracks and leaks that are mine alone. And when people ask how I survived, how I endured, my answer will always be the same:
I built it without you.
