This started with romantic lyrics but soon turned from nostalgia into melancholy with some quiet, improvised guitar in a jazz style. 

These lyrics play on the idea of the multi choice response 'all of the above' while mixing in some changing sky imagery. I snuck in a bridge about bridges.

A Sonic Youth-ish jam that eventually ended as a cover of the Stooges classic.
Inspired heavily by "Sonic Life: a Memoir" book by Thurston Moore.

Honoring the legacies of Brand Nubian, Kool G Rap, and Gang Starr, the album transports listeners to a time when hip hop reigned supreme.

Coda

This tune started with a basic backing track that I added more drums/cymbals to and a 1976 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe lead guitar.
