Welcoming PhoroptiC back once again since his last release with us which was a free download. Mario Herbst is an Austrian, 30 year old producer and DJ. Amongst releasing with us here at Identity, he’s taken reigns at Pick ’n’ Mix, Sub-Division Recordings & more. In recent times inspiration comes from the likes of :- Division, Waeys and Levela but when he started producing 10 years ago, inspiration came in the form of ‘Pendulum’ which lead to the pursuit of what we are watching today.

This release is set to shock sets throughout its release and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do, also featuring a remix from DIS:TURBED which is deep to the core.

Following his debut album Movements, released in July, Le Mans-based producer AtomK7 presents four remixes by artists close to the label : Azogial, A-Sim, Lemon Schaden, and Niuored.

These reinterpretations offer contrasting visions, from dark electro to club energy, via an intimate and contemplative version while retaining the intensity of the original LP. The project illustrates the cohesion of a close-knit local scene, where each artist brings their own color to the same material.

Designed for end-of-year sets as well as attentive listening, the release extends the life of the album and opens up new spaces.
