We have been repping at ADE for many years. On October 17th the label will be taking over Paradiso for a supreme showcase of forward-thinking beats and bass. Andy C, Calyx & Teebee, Wilkinson, June Miller, Loadstar and Delta Heavy will be demonstrating their skills and the label have put together a very special album to celebrate… 
‘RAMsterdam Drum & Bass 2013’ is a journey into the darker, moodier psyche of Ram. An exploration of the label’s extensiive repertoire, each track has been cherry-picked to complement the hectic, late night hedonism you’ll experience during ADE’s night schedule. 13 hallmark, agenda-setting tracks dating from as far back as 1996 plus two killer exclusives that you will not find anywhere else, ‘RAMsterdam Drum & Bass 2013’ is a crucial celebration of the industry’s most effective music conference.

Zinc's dug out the original Akai discs and meticulously re-recorded the 1996 anthem, one of the most recognisable tracks from the jungle scene. He says "it sounds almost exactly the same, but because of the massive progress in music production I was able to make it just a bit….Sharper" Nostalgia overload! 

Zinc's also made an edit for streaming that stays true to the original but doesn’t take half an hour to get to the drop

No event celebrates dance music’s excess and success like the Miami Winter Music Conference. Having outgrown its four-day flesh-pressed networking roots, the last two weeks of March sees the Florida hotspot don the crown as Party Central. A clubland Mecca for fans and industry players alike, it’s home to all manner of attractions during the fortnight including Ultra Fest, Spring Break, honeys, hunks and a whole host of pop-up parties held everywhere from poolsides to pool clubs. 

Thousands of shindigs, all vying for your attention: each one a showcase for labels, artists and DJs to show what they have in store for the rest of the year… And get inspired by what their peers are rocking, too.

A mainstay at the annual sun-soaked session since their first outing to the US east coast in 1998, Ram Records know the Miami experience intimately. Back then Miami was a different beast; the sole preserve of house and trance, drum & bass had to shout loudly to grab the dancers. These days Miami welcomes all shades of bass music, and D&B is the hottest ticket in both South Beach and Downtown.

Reflecting the changing attitude of the WMC and the wider world of electronic music, Ram Records have curated a compilation of their biggest Miami moments.
