Boxie Blue is a german producer of electronic music that is "all-over-the-shop:"

First contributing his talent to the rap band "Quint Essence" in 2000, Erik Rieger's (Boxie Blue) approach to music soon became a fruitful experimentation with psychedelic sounds and furious beats.  Therein, Rieger never intended to assign himself to a specific genre but to develop his own musical pallet in the art of electronic music. On his most recent works, Rieger frequently wove freestyle stories into his tracks. His understanding of 90s dance music is educated enough, for him to parody it passionately.

In 2010 "Boxie Blue" will release his first album "hedonistisches Kalkül" (hedonistic Calculus).
