Tense Anticipation

All of these Lo-fi tracks on cheap 80's synths remind me of all of the weird independent music that was coming out on tape in the 80's. I wasn't alive to see it, but hearing about is such a trip.

I've read about artists where you would send them a blank cassette in the mail along with 3 dollars and they would send you back your cassette with their album recorded.

Soundcloud is cool and all, but man, it's hard to believe it all happened.

Here's a song about living in Minnesota in the winter and trying to have fun day-after-day but it's too damn cold and then the thermometer reads 35 degrees* and you go outside in a T-Shirt and feel like you're at the fucking beach.
And then the next day it's -40 degrees**.

  *35 Fahrenheit = 1 Celsius
**-40 Fahrenheit = -40 Celsius
