Chasing A Lie is a modular composition built around a distorted synth lead, saturated bassline, and a four-on-the-floor rhythm that pulses with digital urgency. Synth pads stretch into ambient fog, while lo-fi percussion and stereo shimmer add emotional lift. Vocal samples are fragmented and looped robotic phrases and whispered fragments echo through granular delay and stereo bloom. The topline lyric “I chase the glitch, I chase the lie” anchors the arc, framing memory as distortion and identity as rhythm.

The remix arc reimagines the track as a cinematic fusion of glitch hop grit, gothic emotion, and melodic restraint. Le Boy Mikale Production (LBMP) is a multilingual music producer and artist based in Orlando, Florida. Working across a wide spectrum of genres, LBMP moves fluidly between club and dance music, EDM, pop, rock, trap, hip-hop, experimental, alternative, jazz, and more. Rather than adhering to a single sound, the project explores the intersections between these worlds — blending polished electronic production with raw emotion, atmospheric textures, and cinematic detail.
Born from a desire to create without boundaries, LBMP’s music reflects a constant search for new forms of expression. Tracks can shift from high-energy club environments to introspective, moody compositions, often within the same body of work.
