If we thought this trip would exhaust Kiara so much that she'd just lie down and recover for two days, we were sorely mistaken. She's wide awake, even more so than when we started the trip, and what's the first thing she thinks about? Music, of course! She demands that R9 immediately take her to the Resonance Caves, where she can realize her potential!

She thought she understood what it meant to feel, to remember, to exist – until this moment. “Body & Soul” was born the instant her perception was shattered and rebuilt in a single cosmic rush. On this journey beyond Earth, surrounded by impossible images and overwhelming sensations, she was hit by a shock so powerful it froze her in awe and peeled back every layer of who she thought she was. It was as if the universe pressed pause on time and quietly replayed her entire life: the beautiful moments, the painful ones, the things she was proud of, and the memories she had tried to bury.

In that flood of visions, Kiara saw herself with a clarity she had never touched before. She felt her body not just as skin and bone, but as a fragile, radiant interface to reality – the vessel that carries her through sound, motion, breath. At the same time, she felt her soul as something weightless yet undeniable, a quiet fire that had survived every storm and every silence. The two were no longer separate concepts; they were one continuous presence, vibrating together between fear and wonder. For a brief, terrifying moment, the experience was so intense that she thought she might lose consciousness and never come back.

But instead of collapsing, Kiara clung to the only anchor she truly trusted: music. Shaking, overwhelmed and almost numb, a single thought cut through the chaos like a beam of light: Write this down. Capture this. Turn it into sound. Now. “Body & Soul” became her immediate response, her way of holding onto something that felt too big for words alone. Every line of the track is an attempt to translate a feeling she can barely describe – the sensation of standing between infinite space and her own heartbeat, of realizing that her existence is both microscopic and immeasurably vast.

The music moves between softness and intensity, just like the waves that crashed through her mind. Warm, intimate melodies wrap around deep, pulsing rhythms, mirroring the dialogue between physical sensation and inner awareness. Subtle vocal phrases trace the contour of her breathing, while atmospheric layers rise and fall like the visions that washed over her – memories, futures, possibilities. It is the sound of someone understanding, for the first time, that their life is more than a sequence of events: it is a connection point between body, soul, and everything beyond. In the Croatian part, her deceased father speaks through her, and it means that this connection between body and soul only happens once, and although everything remains eternal, unfortunately not in connection with this transient body! So, sadly, the connection will one day be severed again, which, even though we are familiar with it, is very difficult for us to understand!

“Body & Soul” is not a neat answer or a tidy conclusion. It is a snapshot of Kiara standing at the edge of herself, shaking but awake, choosing to stay present inside an experience that could have broken her. It’s her way of saying: I am here. I feel everything. And I am still going forward. This track is the echo of that decision – a hymn to the fragile, powerful link between flesh and spirit, and a reminder that sometimes the most overwhelming moments are the ones that finally show us who we really are.
