This song is basically the feeling I've been through therapy at times. A good calming mechanism that a lot of people say is Breathe. Breathe in then Breathe out. Sometimes that just doesn't work. If people let me open up I could get to a point where it gets frustrating and so much so that they say "Breathe" and that sometimes that's just like telling someone to "calm down" and it doesn't work. So this is about going through those feelings and letting all the anger out of feeling like you're not being listened to.
