I've been meaning to look back at this mix for some time, ever since I mixed and earlier version live on radio, so here it is, 26 track's selected from the iconic 'Shelflife' series. 

This was not an easy mix to compile, with over 100 tracks to choose from it took me a bit of time to finally come up with the final track selection (room to do a PT2). So I hope you enjoy the mix and that I have given this phenomenal producer and series the love and respect it deserves.

We Wish You A Reggae Christmas - Minirig Mixtape

As a child Brach had a difficult up bringing.  Investing himself totally in hobbies helped him escape his home life.  At first it was skateboarding and 90 Hiphop but by 2002 Brach had sustained so many injuries that he was unable to skate.  While attending university Brach's roommate had turntables and a stack of DNB records.  Every weekend his roommate went home and Brach would try to mix the records for hours.   Just like that Brach had found his new escape.  After djing for almost a decade Brach began working on his own Drum and Bass songs implementing an ear he earned behind the decks, on the dance floor and at his job in radio production.
