TLDR/summary:
My first original theme for my take on an intendent video game character who resides within in a specific universe.
The theme in question is an electronic, jazz, rock, and pentatonic E minor blue style theme that has some inspirations from specific video game OSTS.

The character in question is called "Electrolass," (real name Helen Cooper) and she is described as a young Caucasian woman with electric & adrenaline-based powers along with high-tech equipment who defends a futuristic and technological advanced city from crime and chaos with her three best friends and partners. (names pending)

Short explanation of Electrolass:
Real name Helen Cooper, Electrolass is a young Caucasian woman around her early to mid-twenties who is around 5 foot 11 inches tall and 140 pounds. Electrolass has long black hair often in a ponytail, blue glowing eyes and an athletic build. Electrolass comes from a universe populated by superpowered people along with "normal" people who are strong and smart due to a freak event and specific materials in the water and food supply. Helen Cooper is a criminal justice student who is into comic books and superhero media and after discovering her powers by accident, Electrolass dawned her custom-made superhero outfit and roams plus defends both the desert/badlands environment and the futuristic city she comes from as both a superhero and "super cop" of said city.

Detailed Character and lore explanation:
Electrolass (Helen Cooper) is an electric and adrenaline powered super heroine who is armed with high-tech equipment provided by the police force of the futuristic city she defends. Electolass has a custom-made superhero outfit which consists of a baseball cap with a ribbon on the side, a lether biker jacket with a dark undershirt, a short running or athletic "battle" skirt with legging shorts, black fingerless gloves, a HighTech visor, and pair of black and blue sneakers or running shoes. Electrolass has a blue, yellow, and dark gray or black color scheme and has some lighting clip art logo designs on her outfit. Overall, Electrolass is meant to look like a comic book or cartoony female superhero given the somewhat cartoony universe she resides in. 

When in her alto ego, Electolass is a witty, sarcastic, and at times sassy superhero who is also kind, inspiring, good hearted and funny. Electrolass is also a strictly non-lethal fighter who often tries not to harm people and will incapacitate or simply defeat them without causing injury or serious injury. Electrolass is also skilled in martial arts, and her high speed, durability, and stamina can make her a challenging hero to fight and outrun. (Although she is held back from still being mostly human, light weight, and her own electric powers can harm her if she "overcharges" herself)

When in her "secret identity," Helen Cooper is a graduated criminal justice student who aims at landing a job/career as a policewoman or any position to be a helpful citizen or superhero Helen is also heavily into comic books and superhero media and, with the help of a college friend, has a custom-made superhero like costume or outfit that she often wears during Halloween or cosplay events.

Helen would soon achieve her dream/goal of being a policewoman and a superhero after she and other super powered being were called in to help the mayor defend the futuristic city from an attack. After helping to stop the attack, Helen would return to the city and visit the local police station asking if they need any help. Helen would impress the chief of police with her skills and knowledge, and he would allow her to join the police force as the "super cop" or defender of the city who can be called in for heavy backup if the police force is ever overwhelmed. Helen would soon have her friends join in this is also when she would get the name "Electrolass" as the citizens of the city were trying to come up with a cool name for her.
