Not long ago, my family lost someone we all will always love and miss. My sister and I sang Amazing Grace at her funeral. To commemorate her we decided we would record that version we made for her. We miss you Arlene. Thank you again, Chance, for the recording!

Amazing Grace

I had a friend that I referred to as my sunshine because no matter what I was convinced that she could bring light into my day. One day we had some darkness to face and we didn’t know how to do it, so we started falling apart. I just really wanted to let her know that I thought if we worked together, we could conquer anything.

Night

When there is so much feeling behind something, I find it hard to put that something into words correctly. In those instances, I find it hard to say anything at all. This is my plea for patience.

What To Say

Sometimes it’s nice to sit down and remember some of those goofy reasons why you love someone, like how they make you feel like a little buttercup! You’ve felt like a buttercup, right?? :) Well, maybe that is just me… But it makes me smile.

The Way You Make Me Feel

This is a song about the trepidation of allowing yourself to fall into love, then losing your grasp on it but deciding it is something worth fighting for. This recording has a few mistakes, but I find that the most important thing in a song is how a feeling is conveyed. I feel this recording conveys it perfectly.
