Every once in a while a song's inspiration comes from an interesting conversation.

During my tenure as Director of Marketing fro Somma Waterbeds in the late 80's, I asked Tom Hatch, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing  if he wanted  top line sales or improved profit margin from a High Point Furniture Market promotion I was developing.  

He looked at me with his typical miniacle grin and exclaimed, "Bradley!  I'm a PIG and I want it all".

Here is a little about me. 
I have been playing in a variety of bands since I was 15. Through the years, I have had the opportunity to play with some very incredible people. The majority of my recordings very raw and recorded  during a live performance. 

I completed my first live studio recorded CD "Alive at 55" and it wasreleased digitally on Nov 14, 2016.

I have a growing library of original songs and hope I can lay down the tracks for all of them before I enter into the next dimension.

I am a Southern California native and have been told on several occasions I have that "beach sound". I did grow up on the beaches of So Cal but I think my sound comes from the wide variety of cheap equipment I use. Maybe my sound will change slightly when I hit the big time and can afford better gear.

My style of guitar playing is unique. Early in my journey, I was never in the mindset to learn individual riffs from my favorite players and now I did not have cash for lessons.

My song writing technique is very grass roots. Typically, I will start with a progression and craft the lyrics. On other occasions, I will have a sentence that repeats over and over in my mind and the only way to release it is to write the song for the phrase. There have been times when I just start singing an original song without any provocation and instances when I hear a song in a dream.

Needless to say, I am always ready to write a tune. But I  can't quit my day job!
