Inspired by stories of the nightclubs his late father once owned in Acapulco, Lex imagined those nights, groovy, classy, and unapologetically sexy and poured them into this track.
From Mexico's top clubs to stages across Europe and beyond, he's built a reputation for peak time sets and Latin‐tinged house that turns floors inside out. As a producer, his cuts have landed on Beatport's Top 100 and earned support from Fedde Le Grand, Mark Knight,
R3wire and Illyus & Barrientos, with spins on stations from Toolroom Radio to Mambo Ibiza.
Acapulco Heat is his love letter to his hometown and the culture that shaped him. Warm,

To grace our Deeperfect label show at BPM 2017, we thought it only right to bring you another mix album of epic proportions and we are dropping it on 6 of January, the day before our event! This time we asked our good friend Leonardo Gonnelli to be your musical guide through this twisted journey of tech house grooves and tribal rhythms. The resulting mix is a seamlessly blended snapshot of the Deeperfect sound and it is available as a curated DJ mix or individual tracks for your listening pleasure.
