I'm So Tired

Penthesilea is a ballad for a lost pet and friend. Penthelsilea, meaning Queen of The Amazon, was a lifelong pet of drummer Dan Fetterolf and the song was written to commemorate their beautiful life together. The song ebbs and flows through pointy guitar licks, surging bass rhythms, and intricate drum patterns all below Brady Sklar’s crooning vocals. Luke Waldrop creates a raucous foundation on rhythm guitar, and Dan Fetterolf and Wesley Heaton enter the track for sing-along choruses before a break that leaves the listener in an existential shock.
