I think it's safe to say that Substrada's consistent work over the last couple of years hasn't gone unnoticed. Enjoying releases on the likes of Locus Sound, Infernal Sounds and Dread Or Dead, the Belgian producer has become one of the more prolific in the genre and the latest imprint to recognise his excellence is FatKidOnFire, who offer him a spot on the vinyl exclusive branch of their catalogue. As the only record of it's kind to come from FatKidOnFire this year, Substrada not only demonstrates his distinctive sound, but also joins up with two similarly talented producers, 11th Hour and Kusmo. Contributors:
Zina Manda is the compassionate co-founder and owner of an award-winning community café situated in a medical centre in an area of London challenged by poverty and isolation. The Lounge Café is mainly staffed by volunteers in need of work experience and provides high quality, freshly cooked meals at affordable prices. It also runs a pay-forward scheme to feed customers who have no money; offers classes on how to eat well and cook on a budget and supports asylum seekers and others in a variety of ways.
Onjali Q. Raúf is a dynamic, multi award-winning children’s author and women’s and refugee human rights activist. She is the founder and CEO of Making Herstory which works to end the abuse, enslavement and trafficking of women and girls in the UK, and O’s Refugee Aid Team which mobilises aid convoys and funds to help frontline refugee response teams across northern France and beyond. She is the author of six books, including the Sunday Times bestseller The Boy at the Back of the Class. In 2019 she was listed as one of BBC’s 100 most influential women from around the world. This year she was awarded an MBE for her services to women’s rights and children’s literature.

Daxa Shah is the inspiring co-ordinator of ‘Inner Space Wembley’ – a community centre that supports individuals, local communities and businesses to cope with the stresses of life today through a variety of free self development courses, talks and raja yoga meditation. In 2014, she was recognised by the Mayor of Brent as a ‘Community Champion’ for her service to Wembley’s ethnically diverse population. She works tirelessly with the local authority as a Multi-Faith representative.

The Notion of Happiness   
Happiness is not a notion, nor something that can be perused.  Most of us have a notion of what makes a happy life, or an ideal lifestyle. However, it can often be these notions which actually block the real living happiness dwelling in our beings right now no matter what is going on in our lives.  Instead of notions, motions, potions and lotions, we may discover that the deepest happiness emerges from the deepest stillness.  
 
In this lecture we will explore:
What is real happiness, and how do we cultivate a happy life?
The difference between happiness and pleasure
The most common wrong notions about happiness
How to experience unconditional happiness in daily life


Denise Lawrence has a deep understanding of spiritual knowledge and practice drawn from more than 40 years of studying and teaching Raja Yoga meditation. She travels widely sharing her knowledge and experience. Denise co-ordinates the International Communications Centre at the Brahma Kumaris Headquarters, Mount Abu, India. She directs several Television series including "Virtues, Values, Ethics and Morality", "The Meeting of Science and Spirituality”, “The World We Want” and "Fireside Chats", bringing the work and ideas of the Brahma Kumaris to a global audience.
