Niecałe 26 minut gitarowo/głosowego materiału z 2025 roku. To chyba najświeższe, co przyszło mi do głowy, materiał jest z wyjątkiem kilku tekstów i akordów w całości improwizowany.
Dzisiaj, wrzucając ten materiał do sieci, mocno zastanawiałem się nad zaufaniem. Dziś to najważniejsza waluta, w dobie przesytu internetowego chłamu. Komu ufam? Wydawało mi się, że platformie Bandcamp, ale ta postanowiła nagle zmienić operatora płatności. PayPal używam dłużej niż platformy Bandcamp, i przy PayPalu zostanę. Dla swojej muzyki jednak muszę znaleźć inną furtkę. W sumie ufam Soundcloudowi, ale już widzę, że darmowy plan to obecnie tylko 120, nie 180 minut limitu uploadu materiału. Słabo. Wszystko staje się korporacyjne, i nie ma miejsca dla hipisa/ofiary LSD, który chciałby dorobić do leków.
Internet to szmelc i piaskownica, ale muszę jakoś się w nim odnaleźć. Stąd shattered lotus flower pojawiło się w tej piaskownicy, ulepić parę babek. Jazgot gitar zastąpiło plumkanie, a czytelne, popowe wokale, z którymi nigdy nie było mi po drodze to już wyłącznie blubry starego Marycha. Albo Marychy. Co w sumie w dobie gender-bender-easy-offender na jedno wychodzi. Pierd*li mnie wszystko serdecznie, więc posłuchajcie sobie tego materiału/mixu/EPki jakkolwiek to nazwiecie, i przenieście się w trochę inne miejsce, niż sugeruje surowa, pobazgrana ściana pustostanu na okładce, i igła Pana Peryskopa wbita prosto w moje heroinowe ramię. Heroina na Haiti to fajna fantazja, jeśli Polizei w Berlinie nie złapało Cię za to samo w 2008. Teksty poniżej, te które były napisane wcześniej, te improwizowane pozostaną tajemnicą. Liczy się tylko to, co aktualne, a skoro zdaniem legendarnego Dave’a Bixby jestem skarbem narodowym Polski (tylko nikt o tym nie wie), to w sumie możecie mnie zakopać.

The idea was to present my influences in a totally unpretentious, intimate way, like a hippie singalong by a bonfire. This is a spiritual thing, and these covers are still important songs to me. This is like a "test drive" of the new album concept. Maybe I'll re-record it, maybe not. Maybe there will be volume 2, or maybe I'll spare you the atrocities. Anyway, here's a tracklist:

Who said electroacoustic music can't be fun?

On this release, the Poznań, Poland-born artist Adam Majdecki-Janicki presents his new experiments recorded in February 2023. They are unpretentious journeys through the instruments Adam currently has at hand - electric guitar, drum machines, synthesizers, tapes, bass guitar.

Coming originally from the home-taping, not academic, circles, Adam is a true original. His experiments reflect a busy poetic mind constantly on fire, and are as creative as his best albums, like "Stoned Gypsy Wanderer" (2014), "Eimi" (2020), or "Bard's Woman in the Cool of the Summer Breeze" (2023).

Finding his own self, Adam is as fresh as he has ever been since 1998 - free from all desire to impress and make cutting-edge music, he's simply having fun at Via Kosmische, recording sessions daily, like he was doing 25 years ago - only this time using a computer, not a tape recorder.

His lack of academic approach, and fascination with psychedelia, space rock and Kosmische Musik ensure you will have lots of sound pallettes to discover in these most recent "tapes".

If there is enough interest, a limited CD-R release of this album might see the light of day.
