BrainScience is born from a deep passion in music in combination with the most varied backgrounds.
Alexandre Gilson brings in a large career as a DJ, combined with a deep knowledge in audio synthesis and music studies in drumming and piano, setting the basis for the variety of rhythms and sounds present in our productions.
Edgar Fortea adds the melodic and harmonic stitching of the melange. With a classical formation in violin, he's added flamenco and electric guitars, bass and anything with strings to his range of instruments.
No style is out of reach and no sound is out of range. BrainScience brings live performance to the electronic music world with a fresh vibe that has never been seen before in the club.

Alquimia, from the Arabic word al-kīmīā (الكیمیاء), is the process of transmutation by which to fuse or reunite with the divine or original form.

Born of the inspiration from Vejer de la Frontera, where I had the pleasure of meeting incredible artists like the ones featured in the song: Carlos Carbonell on the zapateado and Angel Reinares Braza on the flamenco guitar.
