I know it's a cover but technically other songs are eligible for Throwback Thursday. Plus this was one of my most popular covers back in the day so whateva.

Anyway the goal with this mf was to keep the overall feel of my original seethe. cover while also taking advantage of the newer resources I've obtained since then (FL Studio). ALSO THERE'S VOICE ACTING LMAO. First and probably last time for a while I'm doing that. Another cool thing I did was try to recreate a bassline my friend improvised for the steel drum section when I showed him the original. It was just too heat not to include so shoutouts to him for that (not gonna name him here cus he ain't in the UTC and for his own privacy).

Anyway this is one of like 3 birthday specials I'm late on, this one being for my friend Mr. E's 2024 birthday. I couldn't think of an idea but then I realized I could remaster this banger for his Mistbelief take (WHICH WE SHOULD CONTINUE CUS IT WAS FIRE). I basically just remade the original song in FL Studio instead of Flat.io and applied all the same (plus a couple more) effects to it afterward, so it wasn't that bad.

Anyway I think that's all I gotta say, E I just wanna thank you again for being such a great friend to me for the past like 3 years, you're awesome and you should feel awesome forever YAY

Anyway uh since today's my birthday I decided to make a bday special (I swear yours are still coming Bramm my music block's gone now I think). I didn't have any ideas but then I decided to cover my favorite megalo of all time, which is "sentence." from that one dearly departed AU Decadent Society. I know Sentence wouldn't exist without Dissension and Dissension's like an easy second for me but Sentence just barely beats it out imo. So yeah I decided to cover it.

I'm sure some of you have noticed that there was a large gap in between this and my last upload. That's cus I was (and frankly still am) dealing with a lot of shit in my personal life that was making me super demotivated and also just I didn't have much time to work on music. So I needed to take a break for a while. I mentioned this on DA so if you follow me there you may have seen my announcement. Anyway some of that is still true today but I'mma try to upload more in the future. That said I'm almost certainly missing Throwback Thursday again this month, I just don't have time to think of something and make it in like 2 days.

Alr special birthday credits YAY. So obviously I made this cover but the original song was made by Azuri in case anyone wants to hear the original and also the remaster she did because both are really good. The thumbnail art was made by my good friend VolteonK, the same incredibly talented artist who did the Swaphorror and Horrorfell thumbnail art check her shit out and maybe buy a commission sometime.
