It's been almost a decade since the Bosnian Techno-House heavyweight Sinisa Tamamovic made his Yoshitoshi debut with his signature dark and high energy sound. After five releases (and two remixes), Tamamovic is back on Yoshi with arguably his best work yet, the Hypnotised EP.

For the first time, Sinisa offers something different; an incredible vocal track. The title track has been a mainstay in Sharam's sets for well over a year, and it was one of the most sought-after tracks from Sharam and Deep Dish's BPM Costa Rica opening party. It comes with a classic Sinisa groove and features the ethereal vocals of Katarina Tatic.

'There hardly is a set that I play without including a Sinisa Tamamovic track. Whenever I need to give my floor a jolt, I simply bring in some Sinisa vibe, and voila, I have my floor locked in and hypnotised (pun intended) - We've been sitting on 'Reboot' and 'Drop' for over 2 years now, since we released his Rings EP. Amsterdam’s Luuk Van Dijk lands on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax this July with ‘The First Time EP’. 

Releasing on the likes of Hot Creations, Solid Grooves, and his own Dark Side Of The Sun label, DJ/producer Luuk Van Dijk arrives on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax imprint for the first time with the aptly titled ‘The First Time EP’. 

‘The First Time’ leads the release with snaking acid lines and snappy drums featuring vocals from Newcastle singer/songwriter and Hot Creations affiliate Mizbee, whose previous collaborators include the likes of Jansons, Maxinne, Supernova, and more. ‘Jus’ Listen’ follows, opening with airy pads and choppy percussion, with piano chords and bouncing low-end keeping up momentum. 

‘Up North’ sees an amalgamation of glitched-out FX and warbling bass meet delicate atmospherics for a trippy late-night house jam, before ‘Don’t Mess’ closes the EP with bubbling synth hits, rolling basslines, and vocal chops.

When the album Elementum Naturae was finished and released, Alahez, Seed Selector, and Zeque had the idea of joining forces with Ohxalá Records and making a remix album, in which we invited some great national artists to participate (Mezomo - El Peche - Xuqutopi - Seed Selector - Goyanu - Alahez - Forest Lounge - Cris D. - Dallanoras - Rik.a) who had sound proposals that spoke to the original album in order to, through art, do what we could to help Brazilian indigenous people, guardians of the forests, to continue resisting and preserving the very rich nature of Brazil.

Zeque's album has a really strong energy coming from the songs and vibrational and indigenous instruments that bring a strong connection with nature.

Therefore, the remix album will have 95% of its sales and earnings from streaming destined directly to Aldeia Renascer located in Ubatuba.

The village takes its name because it was reborn from the destruction of its nature through reforestation and agroforestry work within the indigenous land.

The choice of the village for the destination of resources has the purpose of not only strengthening the work of reforestation and protection of the (very rich) local fauna and flora but also to protect a part of the Atlantic Forest, the most threatened biome in Brazil with only 12% of the Its preserved forests are part of the fact that the biome is home to more than 70% of the Brazilian population that depends on the protection of the biome for water, a stable climate, and food.

We and the Guarani people of Aldeia Renascer thank each of you who buy and listen to these songs for supporting this movement for nature, life, and the planet!

We couldn't pass the beauty of 'Heart Signs' track by dOP we released recently on vinyl and digital, so that's how we had the idea to implement more versions into this dramatic composition.
Israel producer Chaim, the artist of such notable labels as Bpitch, Rumors, Visionquest, as well as his recently launched Blue Shadow imprint, has always been known (for us and the world) for his signature sound at a rich and varied range in full.His remix of 'Heart Signs' is a great interpretation of the original; with great repetitive sharp synthesizers leads, crunchy percussions and mystic delayed Jaw's vocals it gives a feeling of the abrupt and unexpected approach to it's sound.
Needless to write a lot about Tiefschwarz, as it's pretty much known for guys brilliant music. With more than two decades of the duo career, releasing multiple records with Watergate Records, Get Physical, Compost, Dessous, Cocoon, Bedrock, Mobilee, as well successfully A&Ring their influential Souvenir label, Ali & Basti have followed their own path of musical brilliance. Their remix of 'Heart Signs' is accentuating the thoughtful mood of the original, taking the main elements of the track: vocals and the piano touches, wrapping them into dark techno shell.
Two different mixes have said it enough about the track, so we hope you'll be as much happy, as we are with this release.
We serve to assure you there are no boundaries.
