So Far Away

Brandon Lamar Simmons, born and raised in Charleston South Carolina, is a sing/songwriter, producer, and multi instrumentalist. He's played in multiple jazz bands as a trumpet player in his early years, and has played drums in various bands as well. At age 18 he decided to pick up a guitar, take on the microphone and perform as a singer/songwriter. He went on to Atlanta Georgia to study recording engineering and music production and graduate at the Atlanta Institute of Music. Now, he's back in Charleston, gigging around in various projects. The drummer for a local band by the name of "Token Mary", the lead singer for a duo band called "Brandon and the Archer" and also continues to work on his solo music and any other musical opportunities he can get his hands on.
