2020 was a chaotic but monumental year for me. I lost my job. I lost my father. Then I nearly lost my mind. My world has been much different since then, but what remains constant is love and creation. I am so grateful to recognize love, though I may not always understand it, it keeps me grounded. It's the only thing I know how to channel into this music. I wrote these songs through the ups and downs of 2020, and I must give thanks to the Most High for the incredible team who aided in the creation of this record. 

I don't always know what's on the horizon but love keeps acting as a guiding force. It is the highest frequency. 
The intention in this is to encourage love and appreciation for all living things while we are here; embracing the good and the bad, for they are ultimately reflections of ourselves.
