"It’s gonna be alright” was initially inspired by my sister’s struggle from a smalltown to New York City. The first is about a girl who worked multiple jobs, could barely afford to pay her rent & keep up with her friends. The second verse is about a girl who came from a different life place where most things handed to her. It's about how struggle can come in many forms. This song is an anthem aimed to inspire & tell both sides of the story.
