Day 4 of the 21 day composition challenge. In this one I was going for more of a music toy feel. I used Iris to modify the sounds of a marble, a bell, and a vocal to make the melody instrument, I added an organ for chords, and I used an egg beater for flavor and percussive elements.

Day 7 (or track 7) for the 21 day composition challenge. This was primarily improvisational performance using 2 different electric pianos, and an ambiance track created using Izotope Iris.

Track 8 for the 21 day composition challenge. I wanted to use more classical instruments, since I usually write using some variation of electronic instruments. I still ended up adding effects to give it a more fantastical feel.

A track written as part of a music jam. Used a friends recorded Djembe drum parts and used them as inspiration for an epic battle tune.

Hello! My name is Timothy Adan. I have been a composer and sound designer for video games for about five years.

I tend to play around with different styles of music, ranging from orchestral, to historical, fantasy, to sci fi, to electronic. Right now my style seems to be a fusion electro-orchestra.

I love trying out new things musically, and my style change to reflect the new things i learn and try.

On top of music, I also work on sound effects, and have been known to make funny noises in to a microphone and turn it in to something even more strange than what the sound started as.
